Truck, Commercial Bus Collide in Lagos

A 40feet container-laden truck reportedly collided with a commercial bus at Oko-Filling in the Igando area of Lagos State on Monday morning.

This is according to a post on X by the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority.

The post read: “There is a 40 feet Container Laden truck at Lanre inward Oko Filling driving against the flow of traffic.

“The said truck was alleged to have hit an on-coming commercial bus. This has caused traffic. Police officers are on ground together with LASTMA officers.”

A subsequent post by LASTMA stated that the scene of the accident had been cleared and the crash being investigated by Igando Divisional Police Station.
