Rainstorm has caused the roof of Obafemi Awolowo University’s amphitheatre to collapse during a class session, injuring four students.
According to an eyewitness, ‘The Great Ife’, who tweeted as #IfeCampus, wrote, “There was a whirlwind that collapsed the covering inside Amphi theatre. Four people have been rushed to the hospital as of 8:45 am
“The students were rushed to Seventh Day Adventist Hospital but were rejected but have now been taken to OAUTHC, and the VC is already with the injured students at OAUTHC.”
